About
Ten years behind my own bar. Now on your side of the table.
I opened my own place in Amsterdam and ran it for ten years. I did the build-out, the renovation halfway through, the permit rounds, the supplier negotiations, and the 6 a.m. phone calls when something leaked. I know exactly how it feels when everything depends on you and nobody around the table is neutral.
Ready to Open exists because I kept meeting founders making the same expensive mistakes I made — not because they weren’t smart, but because they were doing it for the first time. So now I do the part I turned out to be good at: getting places open, calmly and on purpose.

How I work
Plain language
If I can’t explain a decision simply, it isn’t ready to be made. You’ll never get a report you need a dictionary for.
Your money like my money
I’ve spent my own savings on a build. I treat your budget with the same suspicion I treated mine.
No team, no hand-offs
There’s no account manager and no junior. The person you meet on the first call is the person on your site.
